Last Saturday’s show was a great one! Colleen Schomaker joined us in the studio for the entire show – a great treat! She was our featured guest in the second half hour and told us about her family’s journey from a diagnosis of a heart defect (for her then-unborn son) through an eventual heart transplant for her now 10-year old.


Gina delivered her third installment of her Morning Memory Verse (see post below for details). Michael and Gina (and special guest, Colleen) talked about a new parenting technique called “hot saucing”. They agreed it was a terrible parenting method! There were also a few bits of Super Bowl trivia thrown in for good measure.
